- OUR PEOPLE: Our 70+ employees have years of experience in all aspects of the manufacture of samples. Our manufacturing facility is located in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, a town of 4,000 people from hard-working French-German descent. They are constantly giving us 110% effort and are encouraged to suggest how we can make the manufacturing process more efficient.

- OUR EQUIPMENT: Over the years, we have invested in high-tech equipment specifically designed for the efficient production of sample cases. Much of our equipment is custom made and only exists in our plant.

- OUR PROCESSES: We are constantly working to improve our manufacturing processes. In an order of tens of thousands of items, finding a method to save a few seconds of production time per unit can save you thousands of dollars. Over the years we have made adjustments to product flow, material storage, assembly templates, and ergonomics to improve our efficiencies. We recently started a daily employee stretching program to allow our employees to work free of repetitive motion pain and the resulting slow down in production.

- OUR QUALITY CONTROL: We have specific written quality control measures in place to make sure that the samples are produced exactly as you desire. Every employee in our plant has the ability and the responsibility to look for errors and stop production. Our employees are rewarded for finding these errors and love to find them. This mind-set allows us to produce millions of items per year with very few errors.
